Since its foundation in 2002, Nextworks aims to create value through technical innovations. We did this since the very beginning with our specialized consulting activities in cutting edge fields in IT and telecommunications, and we went on doing this by creating our software IoT platforms Symphony and Sealux, which allow to provide total control and automation of smart facilities in complex technology environments, such as mega yachts, luxury villas and smart buildings. The nature of these markets brought us to develop skills and capacities as innovative system integrator, so to provide our customers with the full solution (from design to deployment) where our products are framed. We early set a goal to engage heavily in research, innovation and development activities, preferably in collaborative projects funded by the EC and ESA, in the fields of 5G, 6G, IoT, satcom. These projects provide the perfect environment to measure our know-how gaps against potential partners and customers, and increase our knowledge portfolio. Since then, we successfully executed 70+ R&D projects in various programmes, and could fuel our specialized consulting activity and product development goals.
