Gradiant is a Research and Technology Organization (RTO) focused on connectivity, intelligence and security technologies. It is an innovation provider, with over 10 years of experience on technology incubation, with more than 100 engineers and a footprint in 30 countries over 370 customers. Gradiant is backed by a board that includes representatives of the three Galician universities (Vigo, Santiago and A Coruña) and companies: Abanca, Altia, Arteixo Telecom, Egatel, Indra, Plexus, R, Telefónica, Televés; and INEO business association, which represents most of ICT Galician companies. Gradiant main research and innovation areas are: Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cybersecurity and Privacy, Communication systems and Video Analysis. Gradiant has participated in 29 european projects, 4 of them as Project Coordinator. Gradiant is a founding member of the European Cybser Security Organisation (ECSO), the Alliance of Internet of Things Innovation (AIOTI) and the DIH DATAlife (Galician DIH focused on bioeconomy sectors). Additionally, it is a member of the 5G Infrastructure Association (5G IA), the European Connected Health Alliance (ECHAlliance), Spain’s AEI-Ciberseguridad (Innovative Business Association for Network Security and Information Systems) and DIHGIGAL (Galician DIH focused on industry). Finally, it is chair of the board of RENIC (National Excellence Network for the Research on Cybersecurity).
