GenXPro – Advanced Nucleic Acid Analysis & Bioinformatics Solutions GenXPro is a research-focused SME specializing in highly sensitive nucleic acid analyses. Using proprietary technologies, we enable comprehensive investigation of RNA, smallRNA, microbiomes, and epigenetic profiles. Our ultra-sensitive methods are ideal for low-input samples, including exosomal RNA, cfRNA, and ctDNA, supporting biomarker discovery in challenging contexts. Our unique panRNA-Seq technology allows simultaneous analysis of small RNAs (miRNA, piRNA, tRNA, sncRNA, snoRNA) and long RNAs (mRNA, lncRNA) from minimal input. All technologies are available as research kits or full-service solutions. Our second core focus is bioinformatics. We offer standardized, publication-ready pipelines for RNA and DNA analysis. RNA workflows include differential expression, pathway analysis, GSEA, and literature mining. DNA pipelines provide variant interpretation, HLA typing, and mutation analysis. For non-model organisms, we integrate short and long reads for accurate assembly and annotation.
