QSAR Lab Ltd - The R&D activities of the company focus on developing innovative machine learning methods and AI to design efficient, safe, and sustainable materials with desired properties in SSbD. We are pioneers in predictive modeling of advanced materials’ physicochemical properties (electronic, mechanical, and structural) and their risk/hazard assessment for human health and the environment. The company collaborates with 70 research institutions globally and participates in key EU projects, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe (co-financing EUR 48M). QSAR Lab addresses global challenges in climate neutrality, new drug design, and virtual screening for advanced materials in various industries, including HVAC, BIG DATA, and energy sectors. We have successfully implemented AI and ML-based methodology to support designing innovative HVAC ventilation systems. Based on the proposed Virtual Screening Methodology, we optimized R&D and designed a new, improved coating combining oleophobic, hydrophobic, anti-corrosion, and antibacterial properties in one layer. We also implemented AI and ML to support Big Data analysis for aircraft propulsion systems and composite structures of airframes, testing on-board systems, and software critical for aircraft safety. In summary, QSAR Lab utilizes AI and ML to enhance the efficiency and safety of new materials and processes through a cost-effective, fast methodology that eliminates the need for animal testing.
