Bolt Virtual was established in Athens in 2016 with the aim of promoting the emerging technologies of immersive virtual reality and augmented reality. We are: 1. An eXtended Reality software development studio developing applications either for consumers (B2C) or for institutional and corporate clients (B2B). We have developed over 50 XR applications in the fields of education & edutainment, cultural heritage, tourism products & destinations, gaming, and marketing of products and services. 2. A partner, or leader, in 7 EU-financed research Projects pushing the boundaries of XR technology, incl. 2 Horizon Projects. 3. Organiser of over 300 virtual reality events by fusing the services above and by developing value added services for private and corporate clients
