Tendertec is an award-winning AI venture, aiming to bridge the large and chronic gaps in the long-term care workforce, which are making care stressful, reactive, unaffordable or unavailable to many today. Hestia, the first digital care assistant developed specifically for elders and vulnerable people with complex care needs, employs artificial intelligence to interpret heat sensing data from privacy-preserving sensors to support care providers in delivering personalised, data-driven homecare to more people at the same time using existing resources. Our mission is to enhance the experience of long-term care for both recipients and providers. We are committed to helping people remain independent for longer, while assisting caregivers without placing their own health, wellbeing, and quality of life at risk. Our vision is a world where people receiving and giving care can thrive together. We envisage an equitable future where our cutting-edge solutions are a seamless part of everyday life, streamlining the delivery of personalised, preventive, and cost-effective long-term care on a wider scale.
