Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest (TUS) TUS was established on 1 October 2021, and is a multi-campus university with over 14,000 students spread across six colleges throughout Ireland’s Midwest and Midlands region of Ireland. With principal campuses at Limerick and Athlone, TUS is driving regional development through education, research and commercial collaboration. TUS fosters a vibrant research and innovation environment, focusing on applied research and industry collaboration.
