At BioSci Consulting we design strategies, projects, and ecosystems for collaborative ventures in the life sciences and healthcare. Highly interactive collaborative ventures are a powerful force for narrowing the translational gap and developing tomorrow's transformational leaders in translational research. We're good at getting different disciplines and stakeholders to think together. Then we use the output of creative dialogue sessions to rapidly prototype designs and refine them using a co-reflective process. We have designed more than 60 collaborative endeavours. We work best with vision-driven leaders from academia, industry, and disease foundations that understand the value of collaboration while also appreciating the challenges of bringing together multiple disciplines and multiple different types of stakeholders.
